8:45am – Timers meeting – **volunteers needed** 5 per school

9:00am – National Anthem - Start of meet

This is our conference championship.  I expect everyone to be at pool on time, ready to swim fast with good attitudes  AND swim/compete in all the events assigned for you to swim.  Please DO NOT ask me to pull you from an event for this meet

Friendly reminder of our remaining schedule.  Please note that if you/your swimmer does not have a regional cut or consideration time or is designated as a relay alternate their season will be complete on 1/31.  They will be released to practice for their spring sport at this time.

2/07 NCHSAA 1A/2A West Region Championship (regional qualifiers only) at MCAC, Uptown Charlotte 

2/13 NCHSAA 1A/2A State Championship (top 12 finishers at Regionals and relay alternates only) at TAC, Cary, NC
