Friendly Reminder About Required Forms

Forms Required BEFORE Oct. 31:

*Up to date Physical (please check with Elizabeth Abernathy if you have questions)

*Concussion Form (please check with Elizabeth Abernathy if you have questions)

You will not be allowed to try out or practice without these completed forms

I will also need a Player Packet and for you to pay your participation fee required by LCS by Thursday, November 3rd. After 11/03 we will not allow you to practice without fee paid or player packet.

Basketball Concessions/Fund Raising Oportunity

I have signed up our XC program to work three basketball game concessions to raise some money for our program.

December 14 LCS vs Crossroads Charter
Games strat at 5:00 p.m. Report to concessions by 4:15 p.m.

January 10 LCS vs Bessemer City 
Games start at 4:30 p.m. Report to concessions by 3:45 p.m.

Contact Coach Williams if you are willing to work...actually contact Coach Williams AFTER Saturday, October 29th.  I'm a little busy with regionals right now!

2016-2017 Suit Ordering

The Swim Shop at HFFA has our webstore open now...

here is the information for parents to order swim suits:

To order swim suits:

1. Go to www.carolinaswimshop.com

2. Click on TEAM tab

3. Enter your HS access code: lchs101714

                  or MS access code: lcm101714

A couple reminders:

1. Do not use Safari or Mozilla Firefox browsers.  The webstore is only compatible with Google Chrome and Internet Explorer browsers.

2. Special Ordered suits are FINAL SALE.  No exchanges or refunds.

3. There is a youth and adult female sizes 26 and 28.  So be careful when ordering these sizes.   

4. If you need to try on the suit before ordering please come to our shop located inside of HFFA.  We are open Mon-Thurs 3-7pm and Sat 9am-1pm.  Please check store hours on our website for the most up to date hours as they do change depending on the facility meet schedule.

Coach Williams would like for everyone to work on getting a pair of fins and a

swimmers snorkel, hand paddles. Although not required for try-outs or to be

Do your best to make it out tomorrow night.  

Swimmers, please make yourself presentable.  In other words bathe, brush your teeth, comb your hair etc.  

Unless you are coming from an athletic contest, please dress appropriately.  

Church attire or business/business casual (see below).
