Swimmers are not required to ride with the team BUT please make sure that you are at MCAC with the team no later than 6:40 a.m.  
WE ARE REQUIRED TO ENTER AS A TEAM
Arrive at LCS 5:50 a.m.
Leave for MCAC 6:00 a.m.
Arrive at MCAC and Park 6:25-6:30 a.m.
Facility opens for teams 7:00 a.m.
Facility opens for spectators/parents 7:30 a.m.
Pool open for general warm-ups 7:45-8:30 am
Clear the pool for coaches’ meeting 8:30 am
Coaches’ meeting 8:35 am (Competition begins following coaches meeting.)
Meet 9:00 a.m. - 12:30 a.m. with awards to follow

We plan to go eat after the meet.  Please join us if you can.  Parents are welcome as well!

Mandatory Regional Practice

Please make arrangements to be at LCS practice next Wednesday, January 31st 8-9:30 p.m. @ HFFA.  

This is a mandatory practice session for relay work.

FYI...Communication from the NCHSAA this week stated that preliminary Regional entries SHOULD BE posted by 8:00 p.m. Sunday, January 28th.

 You can check the status of this by going to NCHSAA Swimming & Diving specific page.

 Please do not bother Coach Ross or Coach Williams asking if we know or have we seen it, etc.  That information will be posted online.  As soon as one of us sees that it is posted we will post it here and send out an e-mail.

 There is a late entry deadline on Monday.  The final entry list will be posted online Tuesday, January 31st.
