No admission or parking cost

Schedule: 

Dismissed from class 2:00 pm

Leave LCS 2:15 pm

Warm-Ups 3:15-3:45 pm

Meet 3:45-5:30 pm

Leave Stowe YMCA 5:50 pm

Return to LCS appx 7:00 pm (may stop for food)

What to Bring:

bring a towel or two, healthy snacks/drinks; 

swimmers need to be responsible for their own items including phones/electronics

extra goggles, swim caps, swim suits would be good to have

Important Notes:

swimmers are not allowed to have any writing on themselves; 

swimmers are required to stay with the team during the meet; 

the meet moves very quickly, swimmers need to pay attention or they will miss their events

please stay to the end of the meet to support your team
