Huntersville Family Fitness and Aquatics

Location:

Huntersville Family Fitness and Aquatics Center: 11725 Verhoeff Dr, Huntersville, NC 28078

Cost: 

There is no parking fee; $7 entrance fee for everyone including parents that help with timing (we will honor booster memberships) and heat sheets are $1

Schedule: 

Middle School - 

2:30 pm - 4:00 pm

High School - 

be there by 3:45 pm; warm-ups 4:00-4:25; coaches/captains meeting 4:25 pm; timer meeting 4:45 pm (volunteers needed) meet 5:00-7:00 pm     

What to Bring:

bring a towel or two, healthy snacks/drinks; 

swimmers need to be responsible for their own items including phones/electronics

extra goggles, swim caps, swim suits would be good to have

Important Notes:

swimmers are not allowed to have any writing on themselves; 

swimmers are required to stay with the team during the meet; 

the meet moves very quickly, swimmers need to pay attention or they will miss their events

please stay to the end of the meet to support your team

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE HUNTERSVILLE HALF MARATHON WILL BE TAKING PLACE AT 8AM. TRAFFIC AROUND WYNFILED FORREST NEIGHBORHOOD/GILEAD ROAD COULD CAUSE DELAYS. PLEASE PLAN ACCORDINGLY.

be there by 9:45; warm-ups 10:00-10:30; meet 11:00-1:00     Timers Meeting for parent volunteers is 10:45 (we need 4 volunteers from LCS)
