Transportation will be on your own. No transportation from LCS provided.

PARENTS: We will need volunteers to time for this meet.

Gate: There will be a $6 fee at the gate

Please be at pool by 8:00 a.m. to begin stretching/warm-ups

Schedule:

7:45am – Coach/Captain/Officials meeting (we will discuss rest breaks). Elizabeth, Jackson, Grant

8:00-8:20 am - Warm-ups for Lake Norman Charter (lanes 1-3), Union Academy (lane 4-5), CSD (lanes 6-8)

8:25-8:45 am - Warm-ups for Lincoln Charter (lanes 1-3),  MIC (lane 4-5), Bradford Prep (lanes 6-8)

8:50-9:10 am - Warm-ups for Providence Day School (lanes 1-3), CIS (4-5), PLP (lanes 6-8)

8:45am – Timers meeting – **volunteers needed** Please request volunteers prior to meet - 4 per school

9:15am – National Anthem - Start of meet
