Transportation will be on your own. No transportation from LCS provided.

PARENTS: We will need volunteers to time for this meet.

Please be at pool by 9:40 a.m. to begin stretching/warm-ups

Schedule:

9:40-10:00 a.m. - Stretch as a team

10:00-10:30 a.m. - Warm-ups
10:35-10:45 a.m. - Coaches/Captains Meeting

10:45 a.m. - Timers Meeting

10:55 a.m. - National Anthem

11:00 a.m. - Start of the meet

REMINDER -- End of season party 1:30 p.m. - 4:30 p.m. at the Law's house.  See the info below.

Come join us after the swim & dive meet for chicken wings, subs, chips, cookies & drinks.  Parents are welcome!  We are asking for a contribution of $5 per person to help with food costs.  

Please RSVP by Jan. 17th so we know how much food to order.
