I am going to have to cancel practice for tonight, December 5. My wife has a back injury and I need to be at home with her. Coach Ross will be at fall sports awards presenting for XC.

Make sure you are filling out the google doc for entries for the meet this Saturday 12/10. We need this information by Tomorrow12/06 at 3:00 p.m. so we will have time to do our entries. Coach Ross e-mailed it out last night.
